Terms of Service

These terms apply to the 面相 MianXiang Face Reading (mianxiang.moonstoneadvisers.com) and 緣份 YuanFen Compatibility Reading (yuanfen.moonstoneadvisers.com) services (the “Services”), operated by MoonStone Advisers, Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By buying or using a reading you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
Each purchase gives you one personalised reading generated by artificial intelligence from the photo(s) you upload, applying the principles of traditional Chinese face reading (面相). Your reading is shown on screen and can be downloaded as a PDF.
2. For entertainment only
Readings are for entertainment, curiosity and self-reflection. They are not scientific, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, career or relationship advice. Please do not make important decisions based on a reading. We make no promise that any prediction will come true.
3. Who can use the Services
- You must be 18 or older.
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults (18+) who have agreed to their photo being used for a reading.
- Do not upload photos of children, photos you do not have the right to use, or images that are unlawful, explicit or offensive.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars or Malaysian ringgit. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Retries and refunds
- If we cannot create a reading from your photo (for example, no clear face is visible), you can try a different photo at no extra cost, up to five attempts per purchase.
- If, after paying, you do not receive a reading because of a problem on our side, email us within 14 days and we will either provide the reading or refund you in full.
- Because a reading is a digital product delivered immediately, we do not otherwise offer refunds once a reading has been delivered, except where the law requires.
6. Your reading
You may keep, print and share your reading for personal, non-commercial use. The Services, their design, text and prompts belong to us.
7. Our responsibility
We provide the Services “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you buy applies to that purchase.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
